Paula A. Warner (pictured right), owner of Paula’s Fine Jewelry, is an avid community supporter of numerous philanthropic events and non-profit organizations including Adopt-A-Bear, the Bosom Buddy Ball, the Wet-N-Wild Auction of the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center, the Black Tie White Boots Affair of the Queen Anne’s Chamber of Commerce, the Nickelby Project, and the United Way of Queen Anne’s County. In addition, Paula’s Fine Jewelry is a Business of Character for the Queen Anne’ County Character Counts program.
